Archduke Leo Karl of Austria (1893-1939) was an Austro-Hungarian and Polish aristocrat and military officer.

Son of Archduke Charles Stephen of Austria and Archduchess Maria Theresia of Austria. Married Maria-Klothilde von Thuillières Gfn von Montjoye-Vaufrey et de la Roche (1893-1978). Children: count Leo Stefan of Habsburg (b. 1928)
