Aquia Church is a church in Stafford, Virginia. It was built in 1757 and incorporates a "Greek Cross plan".[1] It was built on the site of an earlier church of the Overwharton Parish, formed before 1680 by the division of Potomac Parish.

It was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1991.[2][1]

It is located at the intersection of US 1 and VA 610 in Stafford.
