Aqua Disco

The Aqua Disco is an artistic movement appeared in Miami in the Eighties, which mixes art deco, the esthetics of water and disco music.

This artistic movement uses in priority blue colours but also all kinds of colors pastel. Certain pieces of disco music like "Last Night a DJ Saved My Life", " Get Down Saturday Night", "Rush Rush", "Let the Music Play" and "Aqua Boogie" pay homage to this movement thanks to the aqua sonorities.

Aqua Disco is now popular with the pratical of aqua partys in discotheques or swimming pools. By extension, the term Aqua Disco indicate the Night Fever drivings at the edge of the water (lakes, seas and rivers).
