Talk:April 29, 1992 (Miami)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In my opinion, if "April 29, 1992" gets an article, so does "Caress Me Down." Both were never released as singles, and currently "Caress Me Down" is the more popular song.

Hey, I have heard two versions of the songs: and the version on the self titled version Brad actually says April 26,1992 is there any verifiable reason why this is?
The reason I have heard is that April 29 was the date Bradley wrote the song, and he just named the song for the day he wrote it, even though it references the riot 3 days earlier.
The riots actually began on the 29th. No idea where the "26th" number came from. 24.20.131.214 15:41, 6 April 2006 (UTC)
Along those lines, what's the source/reason for (Miami)? --Tedder 00:09, 28 July 2006 (UTC)
It's mentioned in the last verse.--68.93.133.188 12:16, 22 September 2006 (UTC)
Yeah, it's in Miami. The song is actually april 26 1992 (Miami) i think it should be changed and then noted in the article.
No, the song is only misnamed on many P2P file sharing programs. The song is indeed titled correctly as "April 29, 1992 (Miami)" I verified this on several sites, including amazon.com and a couple of CD cover websites. -roguephantom
[edit] Song title
It seems that once every few days someone changes the title mistakenly (I have done this as well). The fact that the title is different than the lyrics should be noted in the article. -RunningOnBrains 17:19, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] What about the Leary-version on Second Hand Smoke?
The version of this song on Second Hand Smoke is called April 29, 1992 (Leary) - does anyone know why that is the case? --Janzomaster 12:24, 28 July 2007 (UTC)
- The "Leary" version was produced/mixed by Paul Leary of the Butthole Surfers. --jh51681 00:39, 30 July 2007 (UTC)
