This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (Koveras) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

  • it is a low-resolution copy of a character artwork found on the official web-site;
  • the image was used by the publisher to advertise their game (Dreamfall) and is, thus, promotional in nature;
  • it does not limit the copyright owners' rights to sell game in any way;
  • it is used solely for the identification of one of the three fictional characters within the game;
  • no accurate free/fair-use alternative depicting the character can be obtained.
