Elena Fanchini (born 30 April 1985 in Lovere) is an Italian alpine skier. She is the sister of Nadia Fanchini, also an alpine skier. Fanchini represented Italy at the 2006 Winter Olympics, and won silver for downhill in the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships 2005 held in Bormio and Santa Caterina.
