KAE Apollon Patras BC (in English Apollo Patras BC), named after the Greek God Apollo, is a Greek professional basketball club that is located in Patras, Greece. The club was founded in the year 1926. Apollon Patras BC is the basketball club of the Greek sports athletic union Apollon Patras. Currently, Apollon competes in the A2 Ethniki, which is the second division of the Greek A League.

Apollon Patras BC has competed in the top division of the Greek basketball league, the A1 Ethniki in a total of 28 different seasons so far, making Apollon one of the constant teams in the Greek League's top division over the years. The club competed in the A1 for the first time in the 1971-72 season and as recently as the 2006-07 season. Apollon won the local Achaea tournament 4 times, in the years 1956, 1958, 1971, and 1973.
In 1997, Apollon BC made it to the championship game of the Greek Basketball Cup for the first and only time in the club's history, before losing in the championship game to Olympiacos BC. In that particular season, Olympiacos was considered to be one of the all-time great teams in European basketball history as they won the Triple Crown in Basketball that year. Apollon was not able to overcome Olympiacos in the final. In 2003, Apollon BC won the Greek League's Second Division Championship the A2 Ethniki.
