Apocynoideae is a subfamily of the flowering plant family Apocynaceae (order Gentianales). This lactiginous plant presents . The diverse species has pharmacological interests. The genus of large importance includes Nerium, compromises the species Nerium oleander, founded in the Mediterranean region.

The Apocynoideae encompass about 78 genera with about 860 species. The subfamilies of Apocynoideae are divided into the following five tribes:[1]
