[edit] Image Copyright Problem

Three of the images used in this article [1], [2] and [3] are tagged as User-created GFDL, that is created by the uploader and released for free use.

However, all three images are exactly the same as the ones on the company website here]. This strongly suggests the images are wrongly tagged and a breach of copyright. I would welcome any other comments, especially from the image uploader User:Bertatmindcomet. If no comments or contrary views are received I will correctly retag them.

We will then have a second issue - whether their continued inclusion in the article can be justifed as fair use. I would argue no, as they are purely decorative and add nothing to our understanding of APM Terminals' operation or sites. Other views on this point would also be welcome.
