in spanish, Dos Mil means two thousand. wherein Ape in this sentence retains its english meaning, simian.

I believe the work Ape Dos Mil means the Ape after two thousand years, man. the line ".. how an ape shall not kill ape" refers to how humans have evolved and now are killing each other. how we have evolved for the worst.
