This image is the cover of a videotape, DVD, Blu-ray Disc, etc. and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the video or the studio which produced the video in question. I believe this image is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

  1. It illustrates an educational article about the film in question.
  2. It is a low resolution image, and thus not suitable for production of counterfeit goods.
