[edit] A request for assistance
Would you support the concept of moving the Earhart "myths" to a separate page or article? The reason for my suggesting this is that the main article should be an accurate and scholarly work while the speculation and conspiracy theories surrounding the disappearance of Amelia Earhart are interesting, they belong in a unique section. Most researchers, as you know, discount the many theories and speculation that has arisen in the years following her last flight. Go onto the Earhart discussion page and register your vote/comments...and a Happy New Year to you as well. Bzuk 05:52 3 January 2007 (UTC).

[edit] Jared Weber
Sorry, I put the reason that Jared Weber is notable at the bottom. Books have been wrote about him, and a possible film is in progress. He is well known in the Norfolk area.
[edit] Speedy deletion
Hi American Patriot 1776. I am kind of new at this. The reason "Michael Tornambe" is written into an article is that I included him in the list of horse jockeys in Wikipedia. A notable news article was written about him and I desired to enter an article here. Is that alright? Everything written is true and backed up by bibliography.Carmenj 22:23, 21 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Before people on Senator Boxes
You may want to double check your "before" settings when you put a succession box on a senator's or representative's page. I've found two mistakes you've made without even trying. You may want to go back and check the ones you did. P.S. In case you find it... sorry in advance for calling you a dumb republican... it was uncalled for and probably untrue too. Also, yes... I make a lot of mistakes too so I hope we don't have to go there.--Dr who1975 03:08, 15 February 2007 (UTC)

Hi there... do you have an example of the bug you mentioned on my talk page? I came across this with one other user's edits but when I tried to duplicate it, it worked properly. Also, what browser are you using? Thanks, –Outriggr § 10:02, 5 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] McCarthy, McCarthyism
I am inviting all recent editors of Joseph McCarthy to comment on a current dispute. User:KarlBunker, in his stated view out of concern for WP:NPOV#Undue weight, has reverted, deleted, and selectively reinstated factually accurate sourced information that I have added. I contend he is in error. Please see the discussion at Talk:Joseph McCarthy. Thank you. Kaisershatner 17:29, 17 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Last push for the Biography Assessment Drive
We've done great work so far on the WikiProject Biography Spring 2007 Assessment Drive, reducing the 135,345 backlog by 38,626 to 96,719 as of March 20, 2007. We have only 6,720 more to go to get below 90,000. That would be outstanding and any extra effort that you can offer in these last few days of the drive (which ends March 24, 2007) would be much appreciated. If you haven't already, you may want to load Outriggr's assessment script in your monobook.js. If you have any questions, please feel free to post them on my talk page. -- Jreferee 23:12, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
