Dec 2007 - Article updated to reflect Aoife Mulholland's increasing profile and new role as Maria in The Sound Of Music at the London Palladium.

From December 18th 2006 and into the new year Aoife will be playing the lead role of Roxy Hart in the world famous musical 'Chicago' in a London West End theatre (Cambridge Theatre). She is now one of the most successful candidates to come out of 'Maria' and will likely use this oportunity to go onto further high profile projects.

Aoife Mulholland, will have a big future in stage, music, and film. This article should be kept

Regarding references - a quick Google search brings up a listing on IMDB, refs from the BBC's home page, and newspapers. I'm removing the prod because it appears that she is notable; the article cites no references, but that's an incentive to improve, not delete. Chubbles 00:46, 26 November 2006 (UTC)

The AFD was decided before she got the lead in Chicago. She is now clearly notable - her face is all over the West End of London etc. Sorry I didn't know about the AFD when I recreated this page. But now it makes no sense to speedy - I can't even think it is worth the trouble to take to AFD as all previous commenters did so becasue of reality show result only.Obina 00:00, 28 December 2006 (UTC)

I'm not sure that I see the case for this article meeting the WP:BIO standard, but I'm planning to take a wait and see approach. We'll see what comes of this in a few weeks or longer. Erechtheus 07:21, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
