AO Springfield (Alice Ottley Springfield), is a co-ed Junior School of RGS Worcester and The Alice Ottley School. It is located at Britannia Square in Worcester, United Kingdom. It is a few hundred yards west of the Senior School.
The other RGSAO prep School is RGS The Grange.
The headmistress of the school is Mrs Marion Lloyd.

Springfield is situated a few minutes walk from the Senior RGSAO School in a large Georgian house surrounded by gardens and playing fields.
