This page seems to be a mishmash of information about ANZ the bank brand in NZ (www.anz.co.nz) and ANZ National Bank Limited, the parent company in NZ (owned by ANZ Group in Aus) that includes the following brands/JVs: ANZ, The National Bank, UDC Finance, EFTPOS New Zealand, Bonus Bonds and a joint venture with ING NZ.
