Any Way the Wind Blows is the second and final studio album to be released by American country music duo Brother Phelps before Doug Phelps re-joined country rock band The Kentucky Headhunters, of which he and Ricky Lee Phelps were both members previous to Brother Phelps' inception. The track "Ragtop" was previously cut by the Headhunters on their 1989 album Pickin' on Nashville.
