It's not mentioned anywhere in the article, so why is it in the title he is given the nickname "Doggie"? Also, since 'Chief' is not a part of his name but rather a title, shouldn't that be removed from the title also? -- Supermorff

Does anyone know what this refers to:

He charged his opponent with the kidnapping of his wife, Aisynia, and the destruction of the Anubinoid species. On the first charge, he was found innocent. On the second charge, however, he was found guilty and placed inside a confinement card.

It had little context within the article. -- Supermorff 13:10, 16 August 2005 (UTC)

Have you ever noticed that Anubis rarely barks or shows any sign of being a dog (except the occasional growling)?

don't mean to but in, but, Cruger is

1. refered to as Commander, not Chief

2. a Sirian (his homeworld is "Sirius" and "his Sirian life force" was brought up during the episode Idol

I know he's a Sirian, silly. He just looks like a dog and occasionally growls like one, too.

Hey do ya think it would be cool if this article had a picture and description about the Japanese Doggie Cruger costume from the sentai counterpart? It's an interesting fact because he looks Strangely Weird and Silly in his original dog like costume? Nathen

Hey, I read in the section of appearence that some PR fans consider the japanese Cruger as a "muppet reject." Is this true? Please Speak Nathen

[edit] McGruff

Does this character remind anyone of McGruff? Anubis has a similar personality in terms of combating crime. VoltronForce 07:37, 12 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Cruger ichthyor.jpg

Image:Cruger ichthyor.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
