Greetings from Singapore. Anti.Exams <-- that's my nick. But Eugene's my common name. My NRIC states that I'm Teh You Jing.

"Teh" being my surname, "You" being my generation name and "Jing" being my birth name. Yeah, among those with Chinese-heritage, this is basically the the format of our names. My Chinese name in Hanyu Pinyin is actually Zheng You Jing ("Teh" being the Hokkien equivalent of "Zheng")


I'm from Bukit View Secondary School in 4E4'07 and graduated from Nanyang Primary School in 6D'03. Currently, I just finished my O'levels and is extremely idle and non-productive.


My birthday falls on August 15, 1991, making me 16 now. August 15, I'm told is a holiday in some European countries; Assumption Day, they call it. The day certain religious groups claimed Mother Mary was assumed into heaven. (I abhor mystical mixed in religion for the mystical seek symbols and religion IS about not symbols)


My father is from Malaysia while my mother is from Singapore. My mother's surname is "See" which is si1 in Chinese.

From my paternal, my great-grandmother migrated from Yingchun, Fujian, China into Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia with some other relatives. My great-grandmother currently resides in Ipoh together with my uncle. Other relatives are from other parts of Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur and other parts I'm unsure of. My grandfather is an adopted child, so I do not possess the genetics of the Teh genetic line but of some unknown. He married and his children are my firstborn father, second-born first-aunt, third-born second-aunt, fourth-born third aunt and last-born uncle.

From my maternal, my great-great-grandmother migrated from Fujian, China into Singapore. The migration wasn't made clear to me. (no one is interested in genealogy) But I do know my ancestors settled in the eastern part of Singapore with my grandfather's children are my four uncles (one firstborn), five aunts and my mother the last-born.


Anyhow, these two genetic lines came to meet through my parents in the form of my firstborn sister, second-born me and last-born sister. My older sister just finished her A-levels in National Junior College having graduated from Nanyang Girls' High School from Nanyang Primary School and my younger sister will be studying secondary two in 2008 in New Town Secondary School having graduated from Nanyang Primary School.

A non-denominational Christian.

I believe Jesus Christ is my Lord and my saviour. That he died on the cross and rose on the third day. That he will come again as stated in the Book of Revelations.

I believe that God created the heavens and the earth in six days. I'm unsure of whether Adam was the only man during creation as it is not stated in the Bible.

I believe that tithing is never mandatory. I dislike Churches that make tithing compulsory. I dislike people who chides others for not tithing. I don't like the popular myth that it is a must to tithe.

I believe in praying in tongues.

I don't believe in praying in tongues in congregation as stated in 1 Cor 12 except during acceptance of the the gift of tongues as with what happened in the Day of Pentecost.

I believe that the Tribulation period is coming soon. That the anti-Christ shall ascend into power. The Seven Seals, Seven Trumpets, Fall of Babylon, drying up of Euphrates River, et cetera.

I'm unsure on my stand on The Rapture, but I'm seeking for answers in this doctrine.
