Anthony M.L. Darmstedter (born November 22, 1989) is an American Screenwriter and Author.

Anthony Darmstedter (called Tony) was born in Lackawanna, New York. At the age of 3 he moved to Los Angeles,California Where he currently lives, but travels frequently between Los Angeles and Lackawanna. His first work was in 2003, "The Rise of the 12 monkeys", a prequel to the film Twelve Monkeys starring Bruce Willis. Darmstedter next wrote "The Killer Within", in 2005. Which is based the on film Secret Window, which stared one of his favorite actors Johnny Depp.

Darmstedter attended Lackawanna High School in Lackawanna, New York. He enjoys Hockey, baseball, and snowboarding; his favorite athletes are Thomas Vanek and Steve Bernier. He is a fan of the Buffalo Sabres hockey team. His Favorite actors and writes his work around there personalities are Adam Sandler, Johnny Depp, Bruce Willis, and Vin Diesel.

Currently Darmstedter is in the middle of writeing two more screenplays, and a prequel leading to The Fast and the Furious 4, which he intends to link together the missing pieces of Vin Diesel's Character Dominic Toretto with Han from The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift and plans to also show how Paul Walker's character Brian O'Connor is reinstated as a police officer.

His current writeings are a sequel to 2007 film Hitman. And his second novel currently "Untitled" which is about Terrorists sneaking several Weapons of Mass Destruction along the Canadian-American Border. And setting these WMD's off at stretigic points in the United States.
