CSA is mentioned in the article. However, it's not stated what it means. Also, CSA can have many different meanings (according to Wikipedia), but none seems to be the right here. I guess it should refer to the British tax authorities etc. Someone, who knows, please state the full name of the organisation, from which he might be avoiding.--Smallchanges 11:41, 17 February 2007 (UTC)

It looks like Tony Booth, or the character he played in "Till Death Do Us Part", may have been the inspiration for the last track on the Monkees Headquarters album.
