I see he is categorised as a Ulster Unionist politican, but can't see in the article of him being elected to any body, is this a mistake.--Padraig (talk) 19:34, 1 January 2008 (UTC)
He wasn't so much elected as appointed. He was elected from a list system in the 1996 forum elections with Sir John. He was a UUP member of an elected body.Traditional unionist (talk) 19:37, 1 January 2008 (UTC)
