• I rewrote the first paragraph for terseness and clarity, but I also toned down some wording which had some NPOV issues. More of this needs to be done in the last two paragraphs and references need to be cited. I would have done more, but I don't know what the policy is for changing quoted text (the last paragraph is almost all a quote).--Hraefen 06:44, 26 November 2005 (UTC)
