Talk:Antipornography Civil Rights Ordinance

[edit] NPOV tag
There's basically almost no discussion as to the reasons for strong opposition by civil libertarians to this "civil rights" approach to pornography regulation and the nullification of this law by the courts on First Amendment grounds. Many people consider this approach to be as much (if not greater) a form of censorship as traditional obscenity law. Nadine Strossen, Wendy Kaminer, and Nat Hentoff are all notable authors who have have critiqued this proposed law and their views should be included if this article is to be considered at all balanced.
