[edit] Trademark Lawsuit

I removed the reference to the Supreme Court in the description fo the trademark infringement lawsuit concerning the word 'monopoly,' because the Supreme Court was never involved. A quick Lexis search for "anti-monopoly" reveals that the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals found in favor of Anti-Monopoly, Inc. in Anti-Monopoly, Inc. v. General Mills Fun Group, 684 F.2d 1316 (9th Cir. 1982), and the Supreme Court denied cert (that is, they decided not to hear the case and let the lower court's decision stand). See CPG Prods. Corp. v. Anti-Monopoly, Inc., 459 U.S. 1227 (1983) (denying cert). I have substituted an accurate description of the case. Elliotreed 06:05, 4 March 2006 (UTC)
