I don't understand why the picture was deleted, it was sent to me by Anthony J. Mifsud and I had his authorization to use it. Matthew Menright63 (talk) 10:03, 8 March 2008 (UTC)

It was deleted first because it was used with permission only, which is not free enough for Wikipedia. Then it was deleted again because it was listed on Wikipedia:Possibly unfree images for over two weeks. Please send your permission to permissions-en@wikimedia.org quoting the exact image name.
