[edit] House of Representatives

The reference to His district is one of the most liberal districts in the country, although George W. Bush received 43% of the vote there in 2004, mainly because of the number of people in the district directly affected by the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center. [citation needed] needs to be sourced. If anything George Bush's activities and behavior pertaining to the September 11th World Trade Center implosion would alienate New Yorkers from supporting him.
