An anonymous user made this edit recently. This is a consequence of Australia national football team#Player drain by other countries :) Perhaps it should be explained in more detail here, too. --Joy [shallot] 12:24, 15 June 2006 (UTC)
- Hopefully he never plays in the World Cup :) Rogerthat Talk 07:15, 25 June 2006 (UTC)
- Talk pages are about articles describing people, not about the people themselves, please restrain yourself from commenting on the latter. But while we're at it - regardless of hopes pro et contra, he'll be 31 at the time of the next world cup, so it's a bit unlikely he'll see much play. Even if the Croatian national team fully reverts to the formation 3-5-2, there's still Kranjčar, J. Leko, Modrić, Vranješ and Babić to contend with, plus whoever new comes along in the next four years. I guess given the track record, being among the first two midfielder substitutes will be a success... --Joy [shallot] 15:44, 25 June 2006 (UTC)
