I have no expertise on Champalimaud. I wanted to try something different in the Wikipedia, so I went down the list of billionaires and found one without an entry and created one. I collected the information by Googling and tried to consult the entry in the Wikipedia in Portuguese and the linked page. The author of the book was mentioned in a Bloomberg article and it took me some hunting to find the full reference.
The book would be a great source for details about Champalimaud. Maybe someone with a copy could help out. I found details that I was not sure about, and maybe the book would clarify them: Champalimaud's interests in French history, in art, in motorcycles, and airplanes, to name a few.
