Assembly Bill 1837 Nunez is about reforms in the administration of the Los Angeles Unified School District. It is intended for use on the Antonio Villaraigosa article to show his efforts in the area of education. The image is used in that article for the purposes of illustrating that debate, which was a historical event that will not occur again.
