35 mm Oerlikong Twin Gun

A 35 mm anti-aircraft twin gun Oerlikon. The gun took part in the military parade in the day of the declaration of the independence of Finland, 6th December, 2005. The partly televisioned national military parade was organised by the Hame military district in the city of Lahti, Finland.

The first Oerlikon anti-aircraft guns were acquired in 1958. The modernisation was made in 1988. The Finnish name for the modernised 35 mm Oerlikon Twin Gun is 35 Itk 88, which means a 35 mm anti-aircraft gun of the year 1988.
