Antonio Pallavicini Gentili

Antonio Pallavicini Gentili[1] (Genoa, 1441 – 1507) was an Italian Cardinal[2]. He was considered papabile in 1492[3].
He was bishop of Ventimiglia from 1484[4]; then bishop of Orense in Spain from 1486[5]. From 1484 to 1489 he was a datary in the Curia.
There is a well-known portrait by Sebastiano del Piombo. He is buried in Santa Maria del Popolo in Rome[6].
