The Antillean Piculet (Nesoctites micromegas) is a species of bird in the Picidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Nesoctites.
It is found in the Dominican Republic and Haiti.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, and subtropical or tropical dry shrubland.
