Antikyra or Antikira (Greek: Αντίκυρα from anti- and kyra, Alternate: Αντικύρη ) is a community in the Boeotia Prefecture, Greece. Population 2,984 (2001). Antikyra is located about 15 km from Desfina, 36 km of Livadeia and 190 km of Athens. Antikyra is built by its famous beach. Antikyra is one of the country's most famous aluminum producing villages. It has a factory named Alouminio tis Ellados which is 10 minutes away.

A few farmlands are around the area. The mountains that are mainly filled with grasslands and rocks covers around the area, forests are found mainly in low lying areas. Its nearby bay is to the south.

The name Anticyra and its nearby settlement dates back to the ancient times. After World War II and the Greek Civil War, the whole town was rebuilt by the mid to late 1950s. The village population boomed and aluminum was mined later on producing a part of its economy. Tourism also arrived and slightly boomed in its percentage points, agriculture, commercial and services are its next industry. The population dropped dramatically between 1981 and 1991 by 60%, the declined slowed between 1991 and 2001.

Antikyra has schools, a few lyceums (middle schools), and its gymnasium (secondary school), churches, and a square (plateia). It also has schools across the municipality as well as one in Steirio.
