[edit] History

Their home rink is the Antigonish Arena. Sadly, after 40 years, on April 15th 2008, the team announce it would not be operating in Antigonish for the 2008-09 season. Owner, Dino Sciavill, announced that he has considered offers from two different groups to buy the franchise. One group would move it to Halifax and the current Halifax franchise, the Halifax Wolverines, would likely move to Bridgewater, NS. The second group is from New Richmond, QC, and they would most likely relocate the franchise to New Richmond.[1]
