Antichasia also Antichassia, Antihasia and Antihassia (Greek: Αντιχάσια) also with an a accented is a mountain in the northern Trikala and Larissa prefectures in Thessaly, Greece. The mountain is a part of the Pindus mountain range. The GR-6/E92 is to the south, the Via Egnatia (Igoumenitsa - Kozani - Thessaloniki - Alexandroupoli) runs through the mountain ranges with a couple of tunnels in which construction started in the late-1990s and continued until the mid-2000s and the GR-15 (Kalambaka - Grevena - Siatista and runs in the east-central portion and the GR-6 (Igoumenitsa - Ioannina - Trikala - Larissa) runs in the southwest. Its maximum elevation is 1,416 m. Its length is approximately 40 to 50 km from east to west and its width is approximately 15 to 20 km from north to south. The Pineios river which flows in the southwest.

The mountain range owes its name to a municipality in the western Larissa Prefecture.

Forests dominate the low lying areas of the mountain and contains pine and spruce trees, the valley areas, grasslands, bushes and unvegetated portions dominate the higher elevations. The area around the mountain contains villages and forest roads as well as hiking trails.

Its panorama includes the Chasia mountains to the north, the mountains of northwestern Larissa Prefecture, the Thessalian Plain and some nearby mountains and the central Pindus mountains in which it includes the Lakmos mountains.
