The Anthora is a paper coffee cup design that has become a popular symbol of New York City daily life.

Originally designed by the Sherri Cup Co. in 1963, the Anthora typically sports an image of an Ancient Greek amphora, a Greek key design on the top and bottom rim, and the words "We are happy to serve you" in a font that resembles ancient Greek writing. It was initially used by Greek-owned coffee shops in New York City, but has since become widely used.

The name Anthora (a play on the word amphora) is now a trademark of the Solo Cup Company, which sells over 200 million such cups per year. Competing companies sell similarly styled cups with names such as "Greek design" and "Greek motif".

The Anthora coffee cup is featured in many television shows that are set in New York such as NYPD Blue and the Law & Order franchise.
