Anthony T. Kronman

Anthony Townsend Kronman is a Sterling Professor at Yale Law School specialized in contracts, bankruptcy, jurisprudence, social theory, and professional responsibility. He was the Dean of Yale Law School from 1994 to 2004.

Kroman received his B.A. degree from Williams College in 1968, Ph.D. (Philosophy) from Yale University in 1972, and J.D. degree from Yale Law School in 1975. He was an editor of Yale Law Journal when he studied at Yale Law School.
He recently published a book, Education's End, which is summary of the disarray of our higher education system especially in regard to the question of the meaning of life.
