Anthony J. 'Tony' DeLuca is a Democratic member of the Delaware Senate, representing the 11th District since 1999 and currently serving as the Majority Leader. He chairs the State Senate Highways and Transportation and Sunset Committees, and is a member of the Community/County Affairs, Education, Public Safety, and Revenue and Taxation committees.
