Ante Tomic is a Croatian basketball player. Currently playing for KK Zagreb in the NBDL . He is 2.18 metres,and play center,but he can play as a power forward. He started basketball playing in 1995 for KK Dubrovnik. Perspective young player,who already ticking at senior Croatian national basketball team. He is considered one of the best European talents. He is considered by some to be the best European prospect for the coming 2008 NBA Draft. While some believe that his style is very similar to Gregor Fucka, many others believe that Tomic is the new Pau Gasol. He is currently listed as a mid-first round lottery pick by several NBA scouts and GMs. Ante Tomic is averaging 13.5 points (60,1 % FG), 8.5 rebounds, 1.7 assists par game in 26 minutes in all competitions these year.
