António de Sampaio da Nóvoa

António Manuel Seixas de Sampaio da Nóvoa (Grand Cross of the Portuguese Order of Public Instruction November 22, 2005 [1]) is a Doctor and full professor at the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of the University of Lisbon and, since May 23, 2006, the rector of the university.[2]
