António Henrique Rodrigues Roseiro , Lisbon, 1940 is a Portuguese Dentist and inventor. Founder and president of VITAE - Association of Solidarity and International Development.
Dr. Honoris-cause in Dental Sciences for the University Pro-Deo - New York Former Vice-Director in the area of academic cooperation of ISCTEM (Superior Institute of Sciences and Technology of Mozambique) from January of 2002 to August of 2004.
Doctorating of FCUC - College of Sciences of the University of Coimbra. Investigator and regent of "Preventive Dental Medicine" and of Verbal Public Health in ISCTEM .
