Anse Chastanet

Anse Chastanet is a beach north of the town of Soufrière, Saint Lucia. It is known for excellent scuba diving and snorkeling. The beach is effectively part of the nearby private resort which manages the numerous sun-bathing shelters, but public access to the attractive beach has been preserved.
Anse Chastanet can be reached by car (5-10 minutes drive) or foot (30 minutes) on the northern coastal road. The road has very steep inclines and is in fair condition, most suitable for 4WDs.
