Ansaldo Energia

Ansaldo Energia, a śubsidiary of Finmeccanica, is an Italian power company, with an experience of more than a hundred years. Ansaldo Energia covers the entire power generation spectrum with a combination of plant engineering, manufacturing and service activities. It has an installed capacity exceeding 164,500 MW in over 90 countries. Revenues in 2003 stood at 802 million euros.[1]

Ansaldo Nucleare S.p.A. is in charge of nuclear business, with the specific tasks to promote and realize nuclear products and related services: this encompasses promotion, sales, management, design, engineering, contracting, fabbrication and site implementation.

SAGEM Italia S.r.l. is responsible for the management and maintenance of treatment and waste disposal plants, cogeneration and district heating and renewable energy plants.

ESG is a Switzerland-based energy service group, which is established in 1998. It's a global leader in on-site services. ESG is specialised in steam and gas turbine maintenance, covering turbine rotor and turbine casing repairs, re-blading, blade repairs, generator rewinds and repairs, supply of associated components and engineering solutions. Ansaldo Energia S.p.A. has acquired a minority stake in ESG.
