Ann Bell

Ann Bell (born 29 April 1940) is a Cheshire-born British actress, probably best known for playing prisoner of war Marion Jefferson in the BBC World War II drama series Tenko during the early 1980s.

She also played the title role in the 1963 BBC adaptation Jane Eyre in addition to many guest roles on television, including The Avengers, The Saint, Danger Man, The Baron, The Troubleshooters, Callan, Department S, Enemy at the Door, Shoestring, Inspector Morse, Casualty, Heartbeat, Agatha Christie's Poirot, Holby City and The Bill.
