Anjum Anand

Anjum Anand[2] is a TV chef, and her well spoken accent and flirtatious manner have led to her being dubbed the Nigella Lawson of Indian cuisine in Britain.

Anjum hails from London but has worked in various places around the world. Her recipes has been shown on UKTV Food's Great Food Live from 2004-07 and she became a regular contributor to The Times Online food pages in 2007.

Since 2003, Anjum has written two cookery books named Indian Every Day (ISBN 0755312015) and Indian Food Made Easy (ISBN 9781844005710)
