Animacionerite (Bulgarian: Анимационерите) is alternative electronic Bulgarian band on the AveNew label.

The band is founded in February, 1997. It is initiator of the formation “Yellow music” that includes very popular bands in Bulgaria (Ostava, Wickeda, Bluba Lu and others). Before their studio work, Animacionerite have played in many festivals: “Atmosphere Fest” (Varna, Bulgaria 1997), National festival for pop and rock – First place (Nessebar, Bulgaria 1997), Music Film Fest and Subfest (Sofia, Bulgaria 1998), “The Sound of Passport” (1998-1999)… Animacionerite are composers of the compact disk, which has presented Bulgaria in work meetings by Bulgarian governmental delegation in Helsinki (1999). In 2000 Animacionerite has issued their first debut album “A”. It’s last composition “Peepshow” is included in the first Bulgarian soundtrack “Boarding-house for dogs”. They are prize winners from MM TV Awards in the category “Best rock-alternative song” for “Beautiful Lulu” (1999) and in the category “Best rock-alternative album” for their second album “Plus” (2003). They were awarded by the Bulgarian music channel “MM” and of course by the fans. In the band’s biography take place another impressive events – Animacionerite have played with Orbital in 2001 during the English duet’s concert in Sofia, Bulgaria, with The Cardigans in 2004 and with Stereo MC’s in 2005.
