[edit] Please don't add copyrighted material to Wikipedia

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions to the Hawas - The Unusual love story article, but for legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

Feel free to re-submit a new version of the article. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later."

You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here. You can also leave a message on my talk page.--Fuhghettaboutit 13:23, 25 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Third tag removal

Please stop removing speedy deletion notices from articles that you have created yourself, as you did with Hawas - The Unusual love story. If you continue to remove them, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --Fuhghettaboutit 13:12, 26 January 2007 (UTC)

Re Hawas -- the sources I found (and cited in the article) refer to the movie as just Hawas, not "Hawas: The Unusual Love Story". Unless you have a source for your version, please don't change the title. NawlinWiki 20:54, 26 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] JBL

Is not a triple crown or grand slam champion, stop messing with those pages. If you want to dicuss it then do, but don't just edit pages. Darrenhusted 16:21, 31 January 2007 (UTC)

And neither is Chris Benoit. Unless you have something positive to add to a page then don't edit it. If you edit the Grand Slam Page or Triple Crown page they will simply be reverted. You have been politely warned. Darrenhusted 16:41, 31 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Triple Crown

Please do not delete content from articles on Wikipedia, as you did to Triple Crown Championship. If you continue to do so, it may be considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Bmg916 16:36, 31 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] March 2007

Please do not add content without citing reliable sources, as you did to Ric Flair. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Purgatory Fubar Converse or Snafu 19:54, 31 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Your edit to The Undertaker

[edit] April 2007

Please do not add unhelpful and unconstructive information to Wikipedia, as you did to The Undertaker. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Please do not change his birth year, it has been cited by two reliable sources, one of them being a Trivia section from his own High School Alma Mater Bmg916SpeakSign 15:20, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

This has been discussed 20 times over. OwW is a great, but glorified fansite. I'm sorry, but I will take the records of his HS Alma Mater over Obsessed With Wrestling. It has been confirmed that it is 1965, do not change it again. Bmg916SpeakSign 15:28, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
The topic of The Undertaker defeating all four members of Evolution has been discussed a long with a similar situation involving John Cena over at the John Cena talk page, it has been deemed not notable so please do not add it again. Bmg916SpeakSign 17:23, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to The Undertaker, you will be blocked from editing. I explained why not to add this fancruft above, do not add it again. Bmg916SpeakSign 17:24, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

Sure, it's good to add on an Undertaker fansite, but not in an encyclopedia article that is already too large and only documents the MOST notable points of his career. In the big picture, him defeating all four former members of Evolution at WrestleMania is not notable, especially because not all of them were in Evolution at the time. Bmg916SpeakSign 17:30, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

None of them were in Evolution at the time and Evolution has been defunct for 2 years. Suriel1981 17:32, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

He was the youngest WWF Champion at the time. It's not in there because he no longer is the youngest in WWF history. I personally wont oppose to it going back in, but other editors might. Bmg916SpeakSign 17:40, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

"Nature Boy" Buddy Rogers was the youngest champ in history when he first got the belt. So was Bruno Sammartino when he succeeded Rogers. You see my point? It can add up to a lot of additional irrelevant information in articles. Suriel1981 17:51, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

The difference between him and The Rock was months. But The Rock was younger. And for the last time I will NOT go with Obsessed With Wrestling, I will go by the fact that his own high school said he graduated in 1983 at the age of 18, which would mean he was born in 1965. This was confirmed by the webmaster of his high school's website in an e-mail exchange with a user if you look through the archives of the article's talk page. He was born in 1965, not 1962. It has been proven, so stop saying that Obsessed With Wrestling is right, when they are not. Bmg916SpeakSign 18:00, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
His HS Alma Mater has a trivia pagehere that mentions him as a notable alumni, and mentions he graduated in 1983. And after thinking about it, I don't think it should be added that he was the youngest at the time, because then we'd have to say then The Rock became the youngest, then Brock Lesnar, then Randy Orton, etc. and it just ends up adding irrelevant additional information to the article. BTW, I don't know who "my editors" are, these are other independent editors who happen to disagree with whatever you are putting in. Bmg916SpeakSign 18:11, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
I'm sorry you worked on something that long only to have it deleted. Next time, before putting that much effort into something, I would recommend seeking comments from members of the community about the proposed addition to the article on the articles talk page. Bmg916SpeakSign 18:18, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
Nope, sorry, I don't deal with images, especially if they would be fair use. Bmg916SpeakSign 18:36, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Batista

I put in an edit request. An administrator will hopefully review it and do the changes shortly. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Bmg916SpeakSign 18:51, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] RE: Youngest Champions

I wouldn't before asking on the article's talk page to see what other editors think. Bmg916SpeakSign 18:59, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

I don't think so, no. But if you really think it should, I would make your case at the article's talk page so more than just myself can comment.Bmg916SpeakSign 19:08, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] WrestleMania 23

See the talk page, the consensus is that the DX point is not notable. TJ Spyke 20:39, 4 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] RE: Batista

A) Please don't tell me what to do on the wiki. B)I'm not an administrator, I can't edit it, and it makes no note of him still being champion, I'll make an edit request if I get the time. Also, sign your posts Bmg916SpeakSign 17:43, 5 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] RE: Undertaker/Ultimate Warrior

Are you kidding me? Please don't demand anything of me or other editors for that matter. Please find a reliable source for this yourself, I am busy doing other things right now. Bmg916SpeakSign 17:48, 5 April 2007 (UTC)

I can't look right now, perhaps at a later time. Bmg916SpeakSign 17:52, 5 April 2007 (UTC)

Warrior was undefeated during his title reign (1990-91) which would have been the only time UT and UW would have faced off. If UT beat UW then it was at a house show, not on TV or PPV. We struggle to make TV or PPV results notable, so a house show win is never going to be notable. As for Randy, I can't remember Savage and UT facing off. Darrenhusted 20:31, 9 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Changes to Randy Savage

Your edit has been reverted by myself. Inserting random, unsourced information into articles does not improve them. Please be careful with your editing. ŞůṜīΣĻ¹98¹SpeakSign 17:54, 5 April 2007 (UTC)

You inserted it right in the middle of a section detailing Savage's feud with Ric Flair. ŞůṜīΣĻ¹98¹SpeakSign 17:58, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
The two title defences were not on major shows, didn't feature title changes, weren't part of notable feuds/storylines and at the time Shawn Michaels was just a mid-carder. They are not important enough to appear in the article and in any case shouldn't be placed in the middle of a section referring to something completely different. It's no big deal, just wanted to mention it. ŞůṜīΣĻ¹98¹SpeakSign 18:08, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
subjects that don't hold to our basic tenets (verifiability, notability, and using reliable sources) actually can do more harm that one realizes - it sets a precedent that dictates that literally anything can go here ŞůṜīΣĻ¹98¹SpeakSign 18:18, 5 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Back to the future

I've imposed a short editing block. The point of protecting the article was to end the stream of recreations, so recreating it under a modified title to evade the block is not a good idea. jimfbleak 10:53, 10 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] RE: Savage/Undertaker and Batista

1) I don't want to look it up, I don't care about it, just because it happened, doesn't make it notable. 2) I don't have time to look over the Batista article and make edit requests of the admins (the article is protected, remember?) 3) Stop telling me to do things.
