Any complete list of prominent Canadian canoeists and kayakers would include only those athletes who have achieved significant success at the international level. Such athletes would include Larry Cain, Caroline Brunet, Steve Giles, Adam van Koeverden, etc., all of whom do have wikipedia articles and rightfully deserve them due to their medal performances. Angus Mortimer and Ian Mortimer, while both talented athletes, have not achieved the same success at the international level and therefore do not warrant these articles. Should either Mortimer be selected to the Olympic and/or Senior World Championship team and win a medal, they will stand on par with those who have gone before them. I recommend this article for deletion.
