I have deleted the picture link to All Saints church as there is no picture of the Bishop on that page

Don't get what you're talking about - it was a picture OF the bishop

Shouldn't this page be called "Diocese of Canberra and Goulburn" rather than "Bishop of Canberra and Goulburn"? It's really about the Diocese. The Bishop has his own bio page.
