Would someone know why other references I have found speaking of the Lommel-Weber function define it as

\Omega_n(x) = \frac{1}{\pi} \int_{0}^{\pi} \sin(x \sin\phi - n\phi) d\phi

particularly [1].

This would seem to be the same as the Weber function mentioned here with the addition of a negative sign. If this is correct, it would be a notable fact.
